Our tsikoudia has enthusiastic fans. Made according to an old Vassilakis family recipe, it is entirely natural and takes about six weeks to prepare.

Inspired by our grandfather’s vineyard in renowned Voulismeni village, this delightful off-dry rosé blend is produced mainly from red Liatiko grapes, indigenous to Crete, with a little touch of Gewürztraminer.
Pale salmon colour, fruity, fresh and lively. Aromas of cherry, strawberry, blueberry, citrus, rose and sweet spices.
