Arrive at Vassilakis Estate & greet your guide.
You will proceed to the tasting area where our sommelier will introduce you to 3 local Cretan wines: red, white & rosé, accompanied with a selection of seasonal fruits.*
* For an additional fee of €11-15, we can expand the choice of food accompaniments to include: a selection of Cretan cheeses, cured meats and rusks. These are prepared for 2 persons and must be pre-ordered.
Tour of the olive press with Vassilakis family member:
- Viewing of the original 1865 museum-piece hand-operated press and a description of how olive oil used to be made
- Viewing of the working olive mill and a description of how olive oil is made today
